Get all your prescriptions from one pharmacy and avoid splitting.

Monday’s Motivation – Summer Water Fun

How do you get motivated on a rainy Monday? Thinking about Summer Water Fun of course.

Most swimming pools and public lakes here in Missouri officially open Memorial Day Weekend, so it's time to think about how to prep for a day the by the water. Don't forget - The sun's rays are hottest between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., so try to plan your visits accordingly.

Hello Baby Expo and Sidewalk Sale

It was so much fun talking to all the expecting families, new moms, grandparents, and kids. We even got to visit with some local OB/GYNs, pediatricians, and other great small area businesses. We talked about our Free Kid’s Gummy Vitamin Program, Pediatric Home Medical Equipment, Breast Pumps, and Cloth Diapers. We got to give away a gift basket, cute plush giraffe and throw, many pens, and lots of information.

Getting Inspiration for June

This week has been a great week to catch up on computer work including some needed updates to the web site, our monthly newsletter, highlight our lift chair sale for the month of June, prep for future events, and other little details. Today was National Doughnut Day so we even celebrated a little.

Busy Week and Thank you!

I don’t know about you, but this past week has been a whirlwind.

Last week, we joined Our Lady of Lourdes Interparish School at their 1st Communion Picnic at the Cosmo Burford Shelter. We had 3 classes full of 2nd graders and their families ready to experience the new playground, get their faces painted, blow bubbles, try out the sidewalk chalk, throw frisbees, participate in a water balloon toss, and consume 100 cupcakes. It was an overall success!

Convenience – what is it worth?

Daily I think about how to save time and how to do more in my waking hours. Having children and running them from one place to another is just what we do, right? Running through a drive-thru to pick up a meal might happen for us, maybe too often. Busy schedules, busy lives, and definitely not enough hours in the day.

Reflections on the Mid Mo Health Expo

Last week was busy for us here at D&H Drugstore and we ended the week with a great event. The Mid Mo Health Expo was Saturday at the Broadway Christian Church from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and there was a great turn out. Thanks to all the staff at Hep C Alliance for coordinating and providing the vendors and attendees with this great opportunity and thanks to Gina for being such a great nurse and attending with me. Multiple free screenings, an abundance of health information, and the Show Me Safety Child ID Program were some of the main highlights.
