Due to COVID-19 special precautions recommendations for vaccine administration, D&H will be offering vaccination services to patients 12 years of age and older by appointment only.

Choose your preferred D&H Drugstore Location using the links below. You will receive an email confirmation and reminder prior to your appointment.

On the day of your appointment:

If you are experiencing any signs of illness or are feeling sick today, please call or text to reschedule.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment and go through the Drive Thru to pick up the form.

Once your Vaccine Consent Form is completed, park in one of the designated Curbside Parking spaces and text the posted number with your last name or CALL the store when ready and wait for authorization before coming inside.

Once authorized, please enter the building and head for the white tent.

Make sure to bring your consent form and wear your mask!
