Monica Flynn
Monica is originally from St. Louis, but has very recently graduated from Columbia College here in Columbia!
Before coming to D&H, she worked for Mizzou in the College of Engineering to aid the process of research grant proposals.
Currently, Monica is training to become a pharmacy technician while she is still helping out in our customer service department.
In her free time, Monica enjoys volunteering around the community, reading, and recently has taken up cross-stitching!
Kaitlin Hall
Kaitlin’s claims Columbia, MO as her hometown as well and has gone to school around here her whole life! She graduated from Mizzou in 2017 and is back in school to earn her Masters in Education here at Stephens College!
Before working here at D&H, Kaitlin worked as a customer service lead at the Mizzou Store while being a full-time student. Here at the pharmacy, she has been a full-time customer service representative for over two years. This entails maintaining OTC inventory, training new staff members, and helping any customer with their questions about the products we offer.
When Kaitlin is not working here at our Broadway location, she is often looking into research about school counselling (her future career).
